Business Speak 101

This main article that this post refers to, was originally published on bbc.co.uk  a couple of years ago and I thought I'd share it with you today.

You've probably heard someone in the workplace (or in the public eye) use some of the phrases or words in the article. I've definitely heard quite a few, and mainly from the same group of senior management suits, so you might want to fetch your pen and paper and make a list of the ones you will likely be adopting?!

Alternatively, you could just lose the ambiguity and speak proper English, that will be understood by all because of its simplicity!

I've listed below the ones I found really amusing. You can click here to read the complete article, as well as the context in which some of the phrases can be used (if you so desire). Enjoy!

Do share, if you know of any other grand, verbose and totally confusing terms!
